Food Safety – Accredited through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, this is most widely recognised course and is the industry standard qualification. It is a must for any food handler. This is the minimum standard that all staff must be trained to under Food Safety legislation. Can you afford not to have your staff trained? HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) – Accredited through the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, this course is to help your staff understand the need for a robust Food Safety program, it is a level 2 nationally recognised certificate and will help your kitchen team with their Food Safety trail. Allergy Awareness and Management РBuilt through our own in-house program, this is set at a level 2 basic introduction. Allergy awareness is now the number one concern for most catering and hospitality businesses. Recent cases of businesses being taken to court for not understanding allergy requirements is waking up the industry to this need and your allergy information should now be part of your Food Safety manual. We will be running regular courses at our training centre; these will be a first come first served basis, dates will be published on this site.
